The FTC (Federal Trade Commission) made some updates to the “Guides Concerning the use of Endorsements and Testimonials in Advertising” regulations. How does this affect you as a blogger? If you already have a disclosure, you need to review your disclosures and make updates. If you don’t have a disclosure, now is the time to think about adding one.

Otherwise, visit some of your favorite blogs and take a look at their Disclosure Policy. From my experience most bloggers have their disclosure added to their ABOUT page.
